Bucks-Biz Interchange Business CentrePlans to transform a former food factory into a state-of-the-art business centre have cleared their final hurdle with the granting of planning permission for a new entrance and reception area on the multi-million pound site in Newport Pagnall.

Milton Keynes Council has granted planning permission for the construction of a spectacular new frontage to the development off Howard Way that is owned and operated by Milton Keynes-based commercial property specialists, Bucks-Biz.

When complete, Interchange Business Centre will be home to dozens of small and medium-sized firms and the first are expected to move in early in the New Year.

Explained Joe Muscat, Buck-Biz, Managing Director: “We are delighted that this important phase of the development has now been granted planning permission by the local planning authority.

“The new look reception will transform the appearance of the 3.5 acre development that includes office, workshop and warehouse space for between 70 and 100 small to medium-sized firms.”

Joe went on to say Bucks-Biz had already received a considerable amount of interest from businesses looking to rent commercial units in Milton Keynes, despite the current economic uncertainty.

“Businesses are particularly interested in the flexible, easy-in, easy-out contracts we have to offer and the all-inclusive rents, in addition to the ability of Bucks-Biz to tailor units to fit individual business needs,” he added.

The new bespoke business centre will offer a wide range of business accommodation, from small offices and workshops to much larger bespoke units suitable for warehousing, distribution and more. All have access to high speed broad-band and a first-rate security system. Smaller businesses can also take advantage a reception service, boardroom hire and a host of other shared facilities.

All units will be managed by Bucks-Biz which also includes the popular MK:ONE and MK:TWO Business Centres in its extensive commercial property portfolio.
