Artistic Facelift for the MK:One and MK:Two Buildings to Help Regenerate Bletchley

Bucks Biz is regenerating their MK:TWO and MK:ONE sites near Bletchley’s up-and-coming business area surrounding stadium:mk. The facelift, beginning at the end of June, will create more than 40 offices, over 20 industrial units, and attract and create more than 100 jobs. “The work will make MK:ONE and MK:TWO a more client-facing building for its tenants. I’ve been able to use my background in graphic design to make it look fantastic,” said Dominic Muscat, director of Bucks Biz properties.

This is not Bucks Biz’s first success. Two years ago it opened Interchange Business Centre in Newport Pagnell, which became a roaring success during a time when businesses were struggling. It is now 98 per cent full of start-ups and SMEs, and has breathed new life into the area.

When you add those service costs to the price of other centres we’re more than extremely competitive and above all honest on the price; we pride ourselves on no hidden surprises,” Dominic explained.

An office with plenty of room for two, or three at a push, starts at £225 (exc. VAT) per month. They all have a fibre connection, and Bucks Biz can even provide the furniture.
