**What do they do?   
**AlterEgo who have been with us for a year are a 'not for profit' Social Enterprise that use theatre and related media to illustrate the narrative, kick-start conversation and inspire change around complex social issues.

They work with schools, colleges, universities, police forces, social services, LSCBs, charities, borough councils, county councils,  private businesses, national government agencies, the military and NGOs to deliver productions, workshops and training for young people and adults both in the UK and abroad.

#   **Why did they decide to rent from us?**

## 1. Our flagship business centre in Newport Pagnell has the great advantage of being at a close proximity to Northampton and the M1 motorway. Which works well for travelling North or South of the country. You can avoid the town traffic which is always beneficial during rush hour as commuters attempt to reach the M1.

2. The unit that they are currently renting has direct access to windows and with the front door accessible to the front of the business centre. Perfect for clients coming in for meetings and appointments. With the pleasant welcome of our receptionists, visiting clients are well received. 

3. Contrary to the very busy and sometimes difficult parking in the Milton Keynes town centre, we offer our clients free parking and visitor parking permit(s). Fortunately, one less thing to worry about whilst at work in the office.
