Meet one of Buck's Biz's semi-long term customers, Red Giraffe. They have been renting from us for the past year and a half and are located over at iCentre, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. What’s your biggest business goal and have you achieved it yet?
When we started the business, our goal was to be recognised as the best web design agency in the county. I’d say yes, we have absolutely achieved this! We have more 5* reviews on Google than any other web design agency in Bucks, we’ve been independently rated as Milton Keynes’ top web design agency by Three Best Rated and we’ve won more awards than any other web design agency in the county, including “Gold - best website marketing & Creative” at the MK Digital Awards, Gold for the Biztech “Technology and Innovation Awards” and Gold for the SME “Business Innovation” award.
How has Bucks Biz benefited you and your business?
Bucks Biz has been amazing in helping our business grow and develop. When I started there it was just me - now we’re a team of four. We have a professional space to meet clients, a smart office that we’ve customised and personalised to our requirements, 24/7 access which is much needed, and a brilliant support team who are here to assist with our every need.
Why did you choose the Bucks Biz centre as your base?
We used to be in central MK, but not only did clients always struggle to find us, by the time they’d managed to find parking and paid, they were often late, stressed and in a bad mood from the outset. Bucks Biz offers us a great space to meet clients, the option to grow and expand as we need to, and is much cheaper than renting in central MK.
What are your business plans for the future?
To become the UK’s no.1 web design agency! We also want to be one of the only design agencies in Milton Keynes to hit a turnover in excess of £1million - figures normally reserved for the big London agencies. Who says London has to have all the best talent - let’s put MK on the map!
Why did you choose Bucks Biz as a location for your business?
We’ve been renting at Bucks Biz for a year and a half now. We rented an office in Milton Keynes from Bucks Biz’s Milton Keynes business centre because the location was great and easily accessible, the space was flexible, there are great facilities to meet and host clients, and it was more affordable than central locations.
