Our iCentre at the Interchange Park offers warehousing, workspaces, and generous outside yardage with easy access, making it ideal for businesses where loading and unloading needs to be simple and straightforward. There's also high-end office space available in our purpose-designed building. The units can be adapted and furnished to meet your business needs.

We offer a lot of virtual value! We understand that many businesses need flexible support to create a professional image, so we also offer full virtual office facilities including a postal address, a telephone answering service in your own company's name, and comprehensive secretarial services.

With fast broadband connections you can have a great experience when you're on site and reliable back up when you're working away. You can even run your business without any office space at all.

When you need to meet clients or suppliers in person, you can use our range of meeting rooms, whether you have four or 40 visitors. You can book them by the day, half day or hourly. You'll be sure to make a good impression with free visitor parking and a professional and friendly welcome from our central reception team. You can even book buffet style refreshments for a completely professional experience.

Everyone needs a change of scenery sometimes or an opportunity to take a break with a cup of coffee or a well-earned bite to eat. Our in-house coffee lounge bar at the iCentre is the ideal place for you and your visitors to meet and relax at any time of the day.

The iCentre also hosts our increasingly popular Hive shared workspace for full or part-time businesses, with individual workstations and lockable storage. It's a great place to focus on your priorities and provides opportunities to collaborate with other like-minded professionals too. If you need to be mobile, there's also a hotdesking workbench when you're working from your laptop.

Our relaxation lounge provides laptop tables for up to four people, which is ideal when you need to meet colleagues for an informal catch-up. There's even a 50-inch television where you can share presentations and, in the meantime, it will display business profile pages as a free marketing tool for our worker bees in the Hive.

For more formal meetings, there's a six person meeting room for exclusive use by the Hive community.
