Bucks Biz are proud to announce the arrival of [CrossFit Chain Reaction](http://crossfitchainreaction.com/) at our Bletchley Business Campus!

This exciting new fitness facility (known as a box) specialises in [CrossFit](http://crossfitchainreaction.com/what-is-crossfit/) and it presents an excellent opportunity to its members who can expect to take their training to the next level under the guidance of CrossFit trained coach and box owner, Ian Griffiths (pictured below).

CrossFit Chain Reaction encourage everyone from beginners to experienced CrossFitters to attend their ‘Meet and Greet’ on **Saturday 24th**** ****October from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm**.

At the ‘Meet and Greet,’ people can sign up for a **FREE week**** **of sessions beginning on **Sunday 25th**** ****October**** **and also chat with Ian and his wife Sam about CrossFit and the benefits it could bring.

After the free week, a launch party is being hosted on **Saturday 31st**** ****October from 11:15am-6:00pm**, allowing potential members to sign up.

CrossFit Chain Reaction are sure potential members will enjoy their free week trial and enjoy the fact that Ian and Sam can offer one to one coaching.

The classes are conducted in small groups, though, one to one coaching will occur naturally throughout the duration of the class, essentially meaning that the participant is receiving free **personal training** as part of their membership; meaning members could actually be **paying less**** **than they would for the services a commercial gym could offer.

A **20% discount** is being offered for **November sign-ups** and all **frontline ****service men and women can enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on published**** ****[prices.](http://crossfitchainreaction.com/pricing/)**

CrossFit Chain Reaction also use [**Wodify**,](http://www.self.com/flash/fitness-blog/2013/09/fitness-wodify-app-crossfit-box/) a **unique**** **app where CrossFitters can track their [Workout of the day (WOD).](http://crossfitchainreaction.com/wod/) Wodify differs from other apps because it connects everyone together with the same programme which is tailored just for the particular group; for example, you would not have to tell your app what today’s WOD is, because it already knows.

You can also track the progress of your workouts on the app by recording targets you hit, as well as monitoring attendance. The app is free to download.

There is high hopes for the company as Thames Valley Police have already enquired about training there.
