They leave for a number of reasons, but often return because they never quite get the same level of service with their new premises as they did when they were with us ... We probably get about a dozen returning businesses in any one year. Reasons for them leaving include their growing and we don't have the right office or industrial space to accommodate them at the time, or conversely, during the pandemic, they couldn't justify an office and returned to the kitchen table. Whatever the reason, we are always thrilled to hear from them when they reach out! One of our former customers called us the other day complaining that the price they got elsewhere kept increasing almost monthly and another said the owners of their new serviced office took an absolute age to respond to enquiries. Apparently, it took them a month to fix a broken plug socket. It seems the grass isn't always greener. So we're always pleased to hear from them, but we're absolutely thrilled when a business that ended up having to give up one of our offices and return to the kitchen table calls us up to ask if they can have their old office space back! We'll try to accommodate them where possible; maybe not in the exact same space, but to the same quality they were used to. Flexibility is always the key with Bucks Biz. As is great pricing, the best possible level of service, timely responses and a range of support services that our clients can pick and choose from. Do you know the commonest reasons people come back to Bucks Biz? They miss the buzz and the community spirit!
