Meet Michael from MR-Solutions Ltd, a specialist Recruitment Agency that focuses in the Electronic Component Distribution Industry for Sales & Marketing professionals. Michael has recently upgraded his office space with Bucks Biz and we caught up with him recently to find out what motivated the upgrade! Here's what he had to say...
1. When did you start your business?
November 2018
2. What's your biggest business goal and have you achieved it yet?
To start a successful Recruitment Agency in my niche field of Electronic Component Distribution
3. How has Bucks Biz benefited you and your business?
The business network culture has been great for me. I work with a lot of the fantastic people in the building:
- Joe from Red Giraffe for my website. I was recommended to use Joe and I’m very happy with my decision & website, Joe is brilliant to work with as he really listens to what I wanted and delivered.
- George from B&G IT Services for my IT requirements. What a legend, whenever I am stuck I call George and he helps. He has recommended apps and software that has helped me develop my business further and improve my marketing strategy.
- Hemal from Coversure for my insurance. What a knowledgeable guy, he is always willing to help and get me the best deal
- Sarah from Madhatters Accountancy for my accounting. Sarah has helped me get my business accounts up and running.
- Ash from Protraining for my fitness. Love my PT sessions with Ash, he gives me the work out I need without over doing it. I just need to work on not eating rubbish 😊
- Laura from The Beauty Gallery for massages. Laura has hands of steel and really helps me relax plus she gives the best massages.
- Josh from PC physiotherapy for sports massages and physio.
- Q-Academy for a drink and a game of darts. I enjoy being able to have a break after work and chill out.
- DLK Cafe for lunch and chocolate (Sorry Ash). So handy having a cafe on site with selection of hot and cold options.
I am currently a one man operation with a passion for recruitment within my chosen field but working from Bucks Biz has made it feel less lonely, Joe Muscat is a great landlord and has made me feel welcome.
The move within the centre was so seamless, Pedro and Shane were great ensuring the office was ready and helping me move over. Pat, Nat and Dom were brilliant getting the paperwork together in a timely manner and checking me in. I like to pass by reception to get a wonderful welcome from both Faye and Delphine. It is a great place to be and I’m looking forward to growing my business within the building.
4. Why did you choose the Bucks Biz centre as your base?
For the location - and it's great to have ample parking too.
5. What are your business plans for the future?
To grow, employ a team and upgrade again :)
