Weight 'N Tears sessions are based on Cross-Functional strength and conditioning training. This means they do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We train for longevity, they train for health and most of all they train for fun.
They specialise in the use of Kettlebell training which is at the core of everything they do.
The shape of the kettlebell allows for unique positioning of the weight directly above your centre of mass (unlike a DB or BB which must be held in front of the body) and allows you to keep your hand and wrists in neutral alignment, which enable for greater endurance and longevity in the core lifts so that you can produce a much higher volume of exercise and thus greater conditioning and fitness.
