Bucks Biz residents are a charitable lot!

Posted By: / July 24, 2019

Did you know that we're a charitable bunch here at Bucks Biz?  Across our Milton Keynes Business Centres, our residents have been doing their bit recently for two well deserving charities, and we think they deserve a shout out!

Astrid Nordfjell, Isaac Harman and Natalie Muscat all went for the chop - courtesy of Deana at Hair at the Colour Lounge - to provide hair for use in wigs for cancer patients at Little Princess Trust.

The Little Princess Trust provides free, real-hair wigs for young cancer sufferers or for children and young people experiencing the devastating effects of hair loss. They also fund pioneering, life-saving research into childhood cancers.

The Little Princess Trust uses hair donations and fundraising monies raised by their amazing supporters, to manufacture and fit beautiful real hair wigs. Established in 2006, they have supplied over 8000 wigs to children and young people and have invested circa £5 million into ground-breaking childhood cancer research.

You can watch a short film about the Little Princess Trust here:

Do you know someone at Bucks Biz that's done something outstanding for charity?  We think they deserve a big round of applause.  Drop us a line and tell us about them, and we'll feature them in the blog, to say thank you from all of us.
