Ambitious martial arts expert Tom Banks aims to take his members to the top!

Bucks Biz client Banks’ Martial Arts Academy has recently become part of the Bucks Biz community by renting one of our custom studio spaces.

Tom Banks, a former International Sports Kickboxing Association (ISKA) world champion is now relaying all his knowledge to the people of Milton Keynes.

The academy is a brand-new kickboxing and fitness gym that has just opened, available for people aged five and above no matter what their ability; featuring a unique programme for younger recruits (aged 5-7) which focuses on the fundamentals of martial arts. Tom also wants his sessions to have a clear emphasis on enjoyment.

“We have a wide variety of classes throughout each week for cadets (aged 8-13) and adults (from age 14), these include kickboxing, boxing, ladies only kickboxing, fitness and sparring.” Said Tom.

“Due to my international kickboxing experience, I have a good knowledge of what it takes for our students to achieve world and European status, but I also really want the students to have fun and enjoy their training,” Tom added.

Tom is also a level 3 qualified personal trainer and is available for tailor made personal training sessions during the working day and beyond to help people reach their personal goals.

Speaking about Bucks Biz, Tom mentioned: “I have been very impressed with the attention to detail; their building team even added my colour design which I thought I would have to do myself.
