Bucks Biz Client to Inspire Kids This August

Bucks Biz clients, Eazy Guide, are set to inspire the kids of MK.

Bucks Bizclients Eazy Guide Media Groupare organising a multicultural event in Milton Keynes.

The event will take place on Sunday 28th August 2016 from 12 p.m. to late at Broughton Pavilion, Milton Keynes.

The pavilion will host a fun day of activities for families and friends and it is set to attract many visitors from the MK community.

This free entry event will be open to everyone and it aims to inspire kids, keep kids off the street and raise money for the kids of MK.

Broughton Pavilion is just a few minutes from Central MK and it is less than one mile from Junction 15 of the M1.

The event is held at Broughton Pavilion in Milton Keynes.

The event also looks to support local businesses as well as families with little or no income. 'Pay-it-forward' schemes providing food to homeless people and the charitable food banks are set to become part of the community spirit.

Drop in centre free at the point of service:

Outside of pre-booked occasions when facilities are being used privately, facilities will be open for members of the public to drop in whenever they like.

Free workshops available - run by different workshop supervisors:

At scheduled weekly intervals, workshops will be hosted featuring different instructors, e.g. video film making courses, dance and art (paint and sculpture etc.). A survey of the local population will help confirm which workshops are conducted from launch.

  • There will be a total of three different types of workshop activities available at the time of launch.
  • A scheduled children's workshop will be conducted first ahead of an adult's workshop for each activity.
  • Workshop events will be held on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Free access to equipment outside of workshop sessions:

Provided the equipment is not being used during a workshop, it will be available for anyone visting the drop-in after fulfilling a register.

Catering facilities:

Tea and coffee making facilities will be available on the premises. There may also be a location available for food preparation such as neighbourhood barbeques etc.

Entertainment facilities outside of the workshop:

As well as the workshops, we will have a projector available for television, DVD and console sessions.

Presentations focusing on addressing social issues:

The idea of this exercise will be aimed at building social cohesion and open meetings can be planned where the issues will be discussed.
