For more than 30 years the property and business development team now known as Bucks Biz has been pioneering the concept of providing all inclusive quality work spaces at affordable prices in strategically important locations. From London to the Home Counties we have created our own special brand of business centres that have enabled hundreds, or even thousands, of small business people to realise their ambitions by starting their own business and then successfully moving on to bigger things.

This cumulative experience has now been focussed in the Milton Keynes area where we have established two of our most modern facilities in Bletchley: MK:ONE and MK:TWO. Together they house more than 250 flexible work units within their total 150,000 sq ft of space available.

Our well proven concept has seen the sites totally refurbished to provide a wide mix of individual work units that can be instantly occupied, whether as storage space, office space, industrial units or light manufacturing. Industrial spaces with full four metre eave height, three phase power and optional gas/water connections form part of the mix of units available. What we have shown over the years, is that by working sympathetically with burgeoning entrepreneurs, and providing active encouragement where needed, they will grow into sizeable and sustainable businesses that will go on to flourish in the future.

Never an organisation to stand still, Bucks Biz recognises that it must always encompass the latest economic trends in order to meet future requirements. Indeed, right now, we are equipped to offer full virtual office facilities that include “own name” telephone answering and comprehensive secretarial services. We also ensure that fast broadband connections are accessible to all work units.
